Como parte del programa, su hijo recibirá una mochila con libros gratis. Su hijo también recibirá un iPad para que se lo lleve a casa durante el verano.
El iPad se utilizará para trabajar en el programa IXL en la aplicación Clever. Se controlará la cantidad de tiempo que el estudiante dedica a trabajar en el programa IXL y se otorgarán premios por su participación. Los estudiantes deben practicar en el programa IXL una hora a la semana.
Premios:
- Los estudiantes que trabajen en el programa IXL durante al menos 6 horas durante el verano recibirán una bolsa de premios.
- Los estudiantes que trabajen en el programa IXL durante 12 horas o más durante el verano recibirán una tarjeta de regalo de 10 dóIares.
El iPad deberá devolverse el primer día de clases, el 7 de agosto. Los estudiantes pueden dejar el iPad en la oficina de la escuela. Los premios se entregarán después de que se devuelva el iPad.

Summer Backpack Multilingual Program
The summer backpack program is being offered to help your child continue their development in English language skills over the summer.
As part of the program, your child will receive a free backpack with books. Your child will also be given an iPad to take home for the summer.
The iPad will be used to work on the IXL program in the Clever App. The amount of time the student spends working on the IXL program will be monitored and prizes will be awarded for their participation. Students should practice on the IXL program one hour a week.
Prizes:
- Students that work on the IXL program for at least 6 hours during the summer will receive a prize bag.
- Students that work on the IXL program for 12 hours or more during the summer will receive a 10-dollar gift card.
The iPad will need to be returned on the first day of school, August 7th. Students can drop the iPad off in the school office. Prizes will be awarded after the iPad is returned.
