Frances Slocum Elementary School will be closed today, Friday, Aug. 16, due to a very significant plumbing issue with city storm drains that has caused flooding in the building overnight. This only applies to Frances Slocum Elementary. All other Marion Community Schools buildings will be open as usual today.
